It's always nice to be invited to Barb and Rich's. All the
hubub is over, and it's time to relax. No gift giving, and no rush. However by this time each year most of the little ones are worn out. This year most our grown kids were gone by 10 pm to get their own children to bed. I'm not sure who is more frazzled--the babies or their parents! Most of us old ones stayed for fun and games and guess who was the big winner this evening??? Me! I won two of the card games, and then at the end of the night Nick, Rich, and Dan owed me $5 each. Guess that's what you get for betting against me. I should have gone to Vegas that night!
