We went to Doug and Julia's for Easter Weekend. It's a little early for the girls to look forward to the Easter bunny and eat all that chocolate that he leaves in their Easter baskets but Papa Mike and I gave them each a stuffed animal and a book of children's Easter poems and stories we thought they might eventually like. The girls point all the time now and for some reason Olivia becomes extremely attached to me when I'm around. According to
Steph, why wouldn't she when I give her everything she wants! Now that's not necessarily true, but I am the Grandma so why wouldn't I spoil her. She just seems like she's the one that wants all the attention. I try to make sure Alyssa gets my attention too, but Olivia is exceptionally demanding. Here's some photos from Easter. Again, we had a horrible time getting both girls happy at the same time to take photos. We were in a hurry before church to get everyone ready, and then after church Alyssa and Olivia were ready for naps so weren't the most cooperative! We tried anyway.....
Alyssa in her Easter dress.

Olivia in her Easter dress. They were
such cute dresses.

I tried to get a photo of both girls but this is
the best I could get. Olivia kept wanting to chew on
either the plastic eggs or the bow on her dress.

Grandma Jane with Olivia, trying to entertain her
while Julia was getting Alyssa ready. And NO...
I am NOT spoiling Olivia, or not much anyway!!

Alyssa pointing at who knows what, but
lovin' it!

And Olivia pointing. They LOVE to point.

Alyssa's hair just long enough to have
a Pebbles "do". Olivia's hair needs to get
just a little longer.

We gave these strollers (walkers) with babies to Olivia
and Alyssa at Christmas. They are just now using them,
but love them since they're still not walking on their own .
It took a friend's child to show them how to use them
and then away they went. They're all over the place!

Alyssa, having a good time with her stroller.

On Saturday, Mike and I took the girls for a
stroll. I can see why people have trouble telling
them apart. Olivia on the left, Alyssa on the right.

Is there anything better than seeing little baby
hands and feet? And look at those dimples on
her hands.
